How do I open my Eyecatcher?
Please follow the instructions shown in our main page.
How do I make my Eyecatcher spin?
After following the instructions on our main page and hanging it on your desired location you should be all set! Just remember: it is a wind spinner, it will need the correct wind speed and direction to turn. When in doubt if it works, perform a test using a fan on the slowest speed aimed at the side of the spinner. But if after hanging it the desired turning speed is not achieved, we recommend buying one of our motors.
I have strong winds, will they hold up?
Our Eyecatchers are design to withstand fairly strong winds, but we advise to remove them in case of stronger than normal winds, tornadoes or thunderstorms. If needed, we recommend adding more weight to them (either by adding more Eyecatchers, spirals, acrylics or crystals).
How do I connect them?
You can connect them using the bottom hole of your Eyecatcher in two ways: either using the ring above the swivel, which would make them spin individually, or using the ring bellow the swivel, which would make them spin together.
How does your 5-year limited warranty work?
Our Eyecatchers are made of stainless steel to protect against rust and powder coated to keep them from fading. When purchasing an Eyecatchers from us we will guarantee that your piece will resist rust and fading in normal weather conditions for up to 5 years or we will give you a new one. Return of the physical damaged item may be required.
How do they hold up in the rain, sun or snow and what products do I use to keep them?
Because they are made of stainless steel and powder coated, they are completely carefree and hold up great in rain, shine or snow. No need to spray any products to keep them.
Where are your Eyecatchers made?
Our windspinners are engineered here in Florida, laser cut, and powder coated at our partners in Pennsylvania and sent back here to receive the final process called dye sublimation for its colors and designs.
What about your Disney designs? Are they “really” Disney?
Yes! We are proud in our partnership with the Walt Disney World Co. We own and operate several kiosks inside Disney World property.

What is your refund/return policies?
All returns and refunds must be done within 30 days of order.

Do you guys wholesale?
Yes, we do! Please send us your info to eyecatchersofkissimmee@gmail.com and we will get in touch. Minimum order of 200 pieces is required and we do not wholesale our Disney designs.
Can you ship to other countries also? What is the shipping fee?
We can! Since international shipping fees varies, we ask you to contact us directly to obtain a shipping quote to your location.
They are mesmerizing! Are they made with alien technology?
Wait…how did you find out? I mean…NO! We are all normal humans (well… “normal” is a strong word, but we are definitely humans!).
My kids are hypnotized by them! Now can you make me one that will make them eat broccoli?
